How long we keep your data

  • We keep email enquiry details for 12 months to enable us to contact you
  • The legal bases that we rely on to process your personal data are consent when you choose to contact us and legitimate interest to hold your data for 12 months for business purposes
  • We hold IP addresses from website visits for 30 days
  • We hold client data for seven years due to HMRC requirements and this is a legal obligation
  • If you opt out of marketing, we will retain your email address in a suppression list for 12 months to ensure you are not contacted again during that time. After this period, the record will be deleted
  • Personal data on employees and contractors are held for seven years due to HMRC requirements (legal obligation)

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
